Feeling like a whole new me!

Down 7 stone from 315 lbs after about 15 months! (51 F 5’6” 10mg). I feel like a completely different person. Still got a bit to go, but I’m so proud how far I've come. Don’t throw in the towel!!

Thanks! It's funny, I feel more active and confident too. It's been the best year of my life, honestly. I'm almost at my goal weight, can't wait!
