Feeling myself these days!

I honestly feel like a brand new person. The first pic is around when I'd dropped maybe 25-35 lbs. The second is from last week, after losing about 75lbs total on this stuff. I was obsessing about my goal until recently. I'm about 45lbs away from my target weight (around 135), but honestly, I'm becoming flexible. I still want to get there, but it finally seems POSSIBLE. I'm 5'8", started at around 260, currently around 180, and aiming for 135.

I'm 5'7" and currently around 162. Back when I was super fit, I was about 155. I wore a size 7, and we seem to have similar builds. I felt amazing back then (first time I was truly confident, in my late 30s). Now I'm kinda close to that again at 45, lol. I'm on reta now, shedding what I gained back (got over 200). I've lost some muscle, so I need to start working out again. 135 might be too low for someone your height, so reconsidering your goal is smart. :)

hoarding supply out of fear is real. ended up with way too many pens across several orders. at least it's helped me accept that i won't run out and can stop worrying about access.

You might find you don't need to get all the way down to 135. That's really slender, especially at 5'8". Awesome job, by the way. I'm only 5'1" and weigh 130, and I wear a size 4-6.

I'm similar in height, and my goal is 180. I started at 250 and am at 206. I've always been best at 175-180 for my body type. Everyone carries weight differently.

I saw another post the other day where someone went from 170lb to 117lb on sema. Amazing transformation! They're reducing their dosage slowly, too. It's great that people are feeling so much better and healthier.

Depends what your body tolerates. Started low and went up slowly. Now pinning 4, maybe 4.5 next since sides are pretty tame and I'm still able to eat decent meals - just not mindlessly snacking like before.
