Fiber a must on GLP-1s?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Sema slows digestion and can bring constipation. Aim for 25-35g of fiber a day and drink enough water. My staples are Benefiber, nuts, seeds, tortillas, berries, lentils, beans and high fiber cereal.

Funny that most doctors dont explain you need fiber on glp1. My first one briefed me on some key points beforehand, but others I know never got that. One, a fiber supplement is crucial for keeping things moving. Two, early on my desire to drink dropped a lot, then it crept back after I lowered my dose, and alcohol hit me much quicker than back when I weighed 70lbs more. Three, inject in the morning, then hold off eating for an hour, which reduces nausea and stomachaches. Four, loose skin showed up in places I never expected, so maybe collagen. Five, months one through three had me wiped out with no energy. Six, I was told your body needs to settle at the new weight for at least a year, so staying on the dose longer helped more than I realized.

Sorry to ask, but what form of fiber do you use? I just began and bought Metamucil powder plus flaxseed to stir in water. My shot was Tuesday night and I still have not gone to the restroom
