Finally at my goal weight!

You look fantastic! Did you have any follow-up surgeries afterwards? I'm considering options myself but feeling a bit lost.

Crazy how time works! 5 years and you somehow de-aged a decade?? LOL Seriously, great work! You look absolutely radiant!

Aw you guys are making me blush! Thanks everyone for the kind words 💚🫶🏽 trying to reply to everyone, but my whole story is also on IG @ JOHNNNAROSE

You are stunning, but honestly, I connect with the first pic where you look like you're SO over it. Haha! I feel like we could really relate.

An internet stranger is super proud! Hope to be where you are soon!

Big congrats 🎉 You look fantastic! I've lost about 60 pounds. Got some saggy skin on my legs so I use yoga pants with spandex to help with that, but the arms are bad. At my age I guess it's expected. Probably can't afford to have it removed. Oh well, it is what it is. So happy to see transformations like yours.

To anyone worried about maintenance: It's a valid concern! Focus on calorie tracking and finding your personal 'magic number' to maintain your weight. You've got this! I tell my patients all the time, it's a marathon, not a sprint.

Congrats on the weight loss! There are arm exercises you can do to help tone that area, even if you don't want surgery.

I can relate to being nervous about transitioning to maintenance. I started my GLP-1 journey around July and hit my goal weight in April. I've been on 1.7 mg since November. Lost around 40 pounds overall but I'm still scared to lower my dose or stop completely. Anyone else feel this way?

Congrats on everyone's progress! I'm just starting out on semaglutide and this is all so inspiring. I'm down about 15lbs since October, but it's slow going
