Finally did it! My first dose!

My first shot, 0.25 mg, went in earlier today and side effects have me nervous as well. Four hours in, still bracing for a reaction, please not vomiting. I cant stand that.
 
My first dose last Sunday had me really anxious. I expect a few more shaky attempts before it feels routine. A few hours post injection I felt nauseous. If it stays hard, a doctor or nurse could help, or a friend.
 
Nerves hit me last night, yet sleep came anyway, and waking up I felt way better since I'd feared throwing up right away. A slight headache though, maybe from little sleep, and it's only been 5 hours since the dose, so hopefully no bad nausea or stomach pain.
 
Hey, first injection nerves had me stalling for TWO WEEKS. Its ok to be nervous! It doesnt hurt, half the time I feel nothing and I never bruise. If you begin at 0.25, the dose is tiny. In the end a friend on the same med sat with me while I did it, then I felt a bit silly for how babyish I acted. You will get there, totally normal! If you burn through an extra needle since courage failed, dont sweat it, needles cost next to nothing :)
