Finally feeling normal around food!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Congrats, small victories count! Similar moment for me. Last night on my way to shower I saw my wife tipping tater tots into the air fryer. In the shower I debated eating a few, handing her my share, claiming no hunger. When I came back, she'd eaten every single one and left me none. 'Good!' I figured, chicken and salad it is, and the loss keeps rolling!

PCOS here too, and I also wrestle hard with fullness signals and food noise. Fertility has been a struggle, and three years of repeated IVF rounds left me roughly 20 kg heavier, weight I want gone before our last round. My fertility specialist actually prescribed the Mounjaro. First week so far, and no bad side effects. A headache appeared on days one and two, but drinking far more fluids made it go away. Nothing else has appeared so far, no nausea, no constipation, and the headache was easy to fix because I'm thirstier during the day anyway, so drinking enough isn't hard. The biggest thing for me is less food noise. On 2.5mg it's already making a noticeable difference.
