Insane progress, congratulations! Health gains. Wishing best new goals. Not dramatic, 145 days starting, 20 percent lost, halfway 39 down, another 35-40 go. Near normal BMI finally. Swapped GERD meds H2 blockers, week lower BP meds, too low.
BMI doesn't tell the whole story, especially if you're not average height. I'm 6'9" and it's always said overweight even though I feel pretty solid at my current weight. There's stuff BMI doesn't account for—like where your fat actually sits in your body. Some people with "normal" BMI still carry too much visceral fat.
Same problem after losing forty. Went from 38DD to 34B and now it's basically deflated. Balconette bra style helped a little but honestly surgery seems like the only real solution for this.
Started in January and went from 238 down to 203. The transformation in how I feel matters most-better energy, wearing clothes that never fit before, and my A1c jumped from 6.4 to 5.6 which stunned my doctor. Still have ground ahead but this shift is incredible.
