Finally hit my goal weight!

Which app is that?

Also, four weeks in on 0.5 and I'm already 6.6 lbs down. Why does everyone keep telling me to increase how much I'm eating? Genuinely curious about that.

Wow. Wish I could get away with cereal and ice cream nightly. My go-to is frozen strawberries blended with low-fat cottage cheese, honestly not bad. But walk past an ice cream aisle and I swear I gain weight just looking. Never had any blood sugar issues, just wanted in on the weight loss trend and dropped 15 pounds with barely any trouble on the second compound. Then it hit me, if I'm healthy already, why stay on a medication indefinitely? So I quit and regained that same 15 plus extra within a couple months. Now back to a points-based plan, high protein, time-restricted eating, swimming, walking, and strength training, and progress is slow but I'm sticking with it!

Reached 100 pounds gone, finally at target weight. Been on the same amount for two years now. Kept it all off. Eating somewhat more than those early days, thankfully, but staying stable, neither gaining nor losing. Genuinely wild. Complete game changer.

Appreciate hearing that opinion, this is actually the first post like this I've ever put up, it's genuinely not about vanity, finally reached a point where sharing felt earned, and honestly yeah, part of me wanted some encouragement since that's rare for me offline. Got on this medication because of insulin resistance and pre-diabetes, plus crossing over 100 kgs.

Still, I don't share your perspective here. My beginning weight sat at 106 kgs and I'm only 160 cm tall, on the shorter side. Aiming for somewhere around 60-62 kgs eventually. How does that number possibly read as an eating disorder or an unhealthy target?
