43M. Started at 325lbs, now 195lbs. This stuff is a game changer. I began in Sept '22, felt awful all the time. So many meds, health problems galore (BP issues, A1C way up, heart flutters, back pain after surgery). Was wearing size 46 pants, and just getting out of bed was a chore. I dropped about 95lbs that first year, and the last 30lbs have come off real slow over the past year and a half. Lots of stalls, but I hung in there and BOOM this week I finally saw a "1" at the start of my weight again. Snagged some 34x32s to celebrate! Sending good vibes on everyone's journey.

Awesome! This is super encouraging. I'm almost at 16 months and down 110lbs. Got about 8lbs left and it's practically stopped. I've started wondering if this is it, but this reminds me to be patient. So thankful for the not being in pain part. Enjoy the jeans! You're looking amazing.

Edit: Whoops, can't count months apparently.

The best feeling is when your clothes are baggy on you again. I've only shed 20lbs in like 2 months but almost all my old clothes fit again after 7 years. I'm only 5'6" so I was at 234 which is a lot for my size now down to 214 and my stomach doesn't stick out so bad anymore. I really hope I can lose as much as you have I would love to be around 140lbs maybe 130lb. I have been on a cpap since 2014 and I really hate it I can't even sleep that good I hope if I lose enough weight the cpap can go away. 2015 I got to 180 but was starving myself still needed it.

Big congrats!!! I started at 330 in Nov of last year, started Mounjaro in December. I just got under 300! Hoping to get where you are at someday.

You look amazing! I'm guessing you're at a BMI around 25? I'd love that. I have 17 kg to go to reach that! (Lost 14 kg so far). My doctor wants me to lose 10 more kg and then stop around a BMI of 27 but I'm hoping I can change her mind...

Seeing stuff like this is what keeps me going. Plateaued for a few weeks now, so thanks for sharing your experience, man.

Amazing results! I agree with Chris02, the reduced pain alone is worth it. I've also been focusing on strength training now that I'm closer to my goal. Feels great!

Close! BMI is like 24.5 now. Aiming to get a little lower, but not pushing it too hard. Kinda focusing on just maintaining for a bit and building some muscle.

That's really amazing! I heard some people look so different when they lose so much weight like they are a different person. I hope to look so much different too when I get there.
