Wow, what a transformation! You were pretty before, but now it's next level! I'm almost at my target BMI and it feels amazing, doesn't it? (Though now my old 'too small' dresses are too big ... oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️😂).

It took me about a year. I started right after my aunt took a picture of me that I didn't like. Overeating, drinking, and a smoking habit were killing me. My blood pressure, A1C, and cholesterol were terrible. I decided I needed to make a change before it was too late.
 
Wow, I'm always shocked when I see pics of myself now too!

It's hard to get over hating photos. I still get nervous when the camera comes out, but I'm working on it.
