I've always had problems with my weight because of PCOS. Nothing ever seemed to work long-term. I'm so glad I found something that's making a difference. I've gone from 235 lbs to 184 lbs and I'm feeling so much better in general!

I also have PCOS, and next Feb will mark a year since I started on Ozempic. I've managed to lose nearly 45 lbs (aiming for another 50 or so). It's been a slow process, but it's showing me that I can't just eat whatever I want anymore, especially sweets. The side effects are a good reminder that I need to change my eating habits to prevent gaining weight. As a T2D, I might be on this for life, depending.

You are doing remarkably well. Do you mind sharing how long it took you to lose the weight? I started three weeks ago at 232 and I'm now at 220. I'm very pleased with the early results.

Moved from 2.5 to 5mg, now stepping up to 10mg next. Saw someone on reddit mention they hit the real results around 15mg after being stuck at 8mg. At 5mg I'm not dropping weight, just holding steady. My appetite is controlled but the scale's not budging, so upping the dose seems right.

You look wonderful! 👋 PCOS here as well, and this medication is really effective! ☺️ 💪 I'm nearly 6 feet tall, started at a similar weight to you and I'm about 15 lbs under your current weight.... You look absolutely brilliant!! 💪 🤜 🤛

For me, the heaviest losses were between months 3-6, but I've been on it for 9 months now. I'm still losing, just at a slower pace.
