Finally Starting Tirzepatide!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Relax, it'll go well and I bet you'll love it. Be careful what and how you eat, since habits raise or lower side effect odds. No need for fear, just go easy on food. Things work differently on the medication. I just had my first bloodwork after a month and some weeks on it. Lost 16kg and my results are ridiculously good, better than I expected. I'm still 103kg, far from ideal, yet my liver is already grateful :)

Welcome! Finding this community already shows good instincts, it's a really supportive one. Nerves about side effects before you begin are totally normal, and most people breeze through, particularly at the low starter doses. Some things that really help during the first weeks: keep protein high, which eases side effects and shields muscle, hydrate, chew slowly, and stop a bit before you feel stuffed (your body signals fullness differently now). One thing that was super useful for me was an easy tracker app, since appetite suppression can leave you short on protein without you noticing. A friend put me onto one where you snap photos of your plates to get calories at once and scan barcodes, and it kept me on top of things.
