I'm super stoked to report I saw 199.6 lbs this morning for the first time in what feels like forever, maybe close to two decades. That's a drop of 138 lbs since I jumped on the MJ train back in July of '24. I've pounded the pavement in three 5k races since February & currently training for a 10K up in Michigan's UP on June 29th. My T2D is sleeping soundly with an A1C of 5.1, and all other health stats are looking prime. MJ has been one tool in the shed, along with some lifestyle tweaks, to get where I am today. My target is 160-170 lbs. Currently cruising on a 10 mg dose.

If you're on the fence about giving this med a shot, my two cents is to dive in headfirst & get cracking. And if you're already using it, revamp your eating & exercise habits, stay consistent, and make those changes your new normal. You won't regret it. Let's keep at it together! A healthier you is worth fighting for!!

Wow—what a change! I notice it especially when I compare your head to your feet! Congrats, you look fantastic.

Amazing accomplishment!! Bravo! What's your plan for dealing with any excess skin afterwards?

That's a great question! I'm hoping that resistance training and time will help some. If not, I may consider surgery down the road, but I'm trying to avoid that if possible.

I'm down about 40 pounds, and it feels AMAZING not needing a seatbelt extender on airplanes anymore! I had a flight a couple weeks ago and had room to spare!

That NSV is HUGE! Congrats to you! I can't wait for that feeling myself.
