Finally under 200! Woohoo!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
2 weeks in at 6mg, giving it 2 more weeks before bumping to 8mg. Then 4 more weeks before bringing back my other compound. Should be close to goal weight by then, then I'll dial down to whatever maintenance works.

Starter dose! But I'm extremely sensitive to this type of drug. Starter dose of sema almost put me in the hospital for dehydration. Switched to something else, worked great, only needed tiny doses for real results. Downside is the side effects hit me hard too. It's just how my body handles this class of med.

taking a month off when the sides are getting that heavy is a legitimate call, not giving up. the nausea at big doses is real and staying with it when it's making you miserable isn't the point. how are you feeling since restarting?

Feeling the first 2.5mg within an hour is the early strong responder experience. The effect shifting to taking several hours by the 3rd and 4th pin is the body adapting - not losing efficacy, just normalizing the timeline. Onederland is such a milestone!! So happy for you!!

Congrats! Started this same January 2025 at 330 pounds too, currently sitting at 274 on 15mg, stalled out for a solid four months now. Genuinely wondering if breaking into the 100s is even in the cards.

Genuinely rough at a 1.0 amount, even after spending a while at .75 first. Symptoms sound nearly identical. Even tried splitting things into two .5 doses across the week. The constant sickness made everyday life genuinely miserable. The doctor pulled things back down to .25, and the plan is working back up toward .50, which seems to be the real ceiling here. Progress has slowed compared to before, but quality of life had dropped too low to keep pushing.

That's an absolutely wild run. Going from 260 down into the 170s in that span is nothing to brush off. And yeah, that disorienting 'who even is this person' moment is completely real. Takes your brain a while to actually catch up with the reflection.

On the debate between chasing 160 versus settling around 170, you're thinking about it the right way. If sitting at 172 feels genuinely good and sustainable without constant struggle, that beats grinding out another 10 lbs purely out of principle.

As for dropping the dose, most people fare better tapering gradually rather than cutting hard. The real target is landing on the smallest amount that still holds the line. You've already cleared the hardest part. Now it's just about discovering what feels like your new normal at this weight.

Appreciate you sharing all this. Excited to keep following along!

Keep it up!

Never went past a moderate amount. Lost a bit more, around forty-five total. Held there a while, then nausea issues showed up, dropped back down a level. Gained some back, now around forty lost total. Might move back up since the nausea seems to have settled.
