Finally under 200! Woohoo!

I finally made it to Onederland! I was 202 lbs back in October, but had to decrease my dose from 10mg to 7.5mg because the nausea was terrible! It wasn't fun at all. The swelling and pain returned, I went up to 207 lbs, and just felt hungry all the time. I stayed at 7.5mg for a month and a half with nothing improving. So, I decided to go back to 10mg. This time, my side effects aren't so bad! Anyway, I'm finally under 200 and have been for the last few days. My next goal is 180. If you're stuck in a stall, don't give up and keep doing what you're supposed to do. It's going to happen. Happy New Year!

My goal is 199! I've been at a standstill for about half a year even with a high dose of MJ. I'm stuck at 201. The doc upped my MJ to 12.5, so we'll see. Thankfully, the cravings are gone. I haven't had any sweets since last February. I'm so grateful! Good luck to you at 12.5. You look amazing.

Welcome to onederland! I weighed in at 198 today, such an awesome feeling! I’m glad you found what works best for you regarding titration between the dose levels. Wishing you continued success!

Thank you! I'm stuck at 212 after dropping 50 lbs. I really want to be 199 by New Years. Fingers crossed! I'm thankful that the cravings are gone. Great job to you too!

I'm so close myself. I keep bouncing between 202-205. I’ve lost almost 90 lbs overall. I just wanna lose another three pounds to be in Onederland.

I've been stuck myself for a while. I saw someone on Reddit mention perimenopause affecting their weight loss. I'm 49, and I wonder if that's part of what's going on with me. Have any of you experienced this? Someone mentioned trying a different medication, like Zepbound.

That's interesting. I've heard anecdotally that some people find Zepbound more effective during perimenopause. It might be worth discussing with your doctor. The dual mechanism of action could be beneficial.

I've been feeling down because I'm at 190 for months, but seeing old photos reminds me how far I've come! I'm 5'8" and carry most of my weight in my tummy, which makes me feel bad about myself. I rotated my injection site when I plateaud, and it helped drop 10lbs!

That’s a great tip about the injection site, I’ll remember that! Thanks
