Finally under 200!

Something changes once you get under 200, I cant explain it either. Crossing 200 did it for me too. I began at 230 back in December 2025 and am 189 now, and folks who have no clue about the ozempic/diet began commenting. At 5'4 it feels like the point where I stopped being plus size and became mid size.

Under 200. I dropped weight before and swore I'd never go over 200 again, but life happened and I let it go, here I'm. I think it's very achievable since I've done it before, though the older I personally get, the harder it is to lose and keep it off.
