Finally under 200lbs!

This sounds really solid—when just portion size changes and not the actual foods, that's the version that sticks after you come off. Heads up though: a lot of people hit a small plateau around week 4–6 when the body adjusts. Usually a protein gap, not willpower. What dose are you on?

The health risks tied to carrying that much extra weight are massive. Weigh those against the actual risks of this drug class, and I mean real medical information, not whatever random influencers are claiming online. I'm 40 and feel fantastic on this medication. You're only 26 with an entire life still ahead of you. What you need is the right support system behind you. Look for a provider who genuinely cares to walk you through this decision and through the process of understanding yourself.

Appreciate the study link! Definitely going to read through it. Skimming quickly, the age breakdown really stood out to me. Gives me something to point to for why hitting my own weight targets has been tougher in my mid-50s. Often in these communities when someone falls short of their goal, age and related factors probably play a bigger role in how well these medications work than people give credit for. Thanks again!
