Fine to stay on a low dose?

congrats on the work you've already done. my mom was max dose on other meds for years before starting on this one. didn't feel like anything till she hit 12.5, then lost another 50 between 12.5 and 15.

Canada's healthcare takes the 'come back when you're dying' approach. I'm on grey market TRT, blast and cruise cycle. Done having kids, PCT endless cycle lost gains, seems stupid. Test + compound 12–14 week blasts, cruise dose between. Works. Healthcare system sucks though.

almost immediately dialed in on the old vial. switched to a new one and it's like half the dose. confused about why the 2.5/5 worked so well but 7.5 plateaus. seems backward unless... the vial.

starting at 2.5 was probably too high. going slower and lower now makes sense. patience and small dose increases work better for most people.

The research shows this boosts natural GH. Outside HGH can shut down natural production. Doesn't clearly prove low dose HGH kills that though. Nuanced situation, probably dose and timing dependent. Great feedback though - will back off evening GH when doing morning cycle. Thanks for the tip!

Think those calculator doses are just ballpark estimates, not actually built for this drug. One ml is six mg at standard dilution, so ten units lands you at point-six mg. Good starting point to see if your body handles it, but real dosing starts at one or one point five and up from there. I went two point five to begin.

For me the weight loss was fastest around four to eight milligrams per week. Going lower for maintenance makes sense but you don't need to stay at your peak dose.

Getting labs before any dose decision is the right move. The BP medication adjustment is one of the clearest downstream signals - most people need less over time. Low dose staying effective is exactly what the Jastreboff data shows is possible.

If lower doses were working, returning there is the right call. The titration schedule is a protocol, not a mandate - effective and tolerable beats hitting a target number.

I had similar issues with the higher dose. Doing 0.25 twice weekly has been way better for me too - less rough side effects and still losing steadily. You'll probably want extra needles from Amazon if you go this route, just so you have them on hand.

The 12-hour nothing is normal - 1mg is a real therapeutic starting point and the effect builds over the next 3-5 days as the drug concentrates. Staying at a dose where appetite suppression holds without side effects is sound protocol.
