First week, feelin' nothin'?

ran mots-c 5mg daily on a 5x2 schedule for 60 days. switched to mc at 2mg daily in the am fasted before workout. also take ghk and low-dose bpc, separate pins. sounds like you've got a solid plan lined up.

try 0.5mg for a few weeks to desensitize from side effects. my wife and i did 0.5 for 4 weeks then doubled every 4 weeks after. worked great, good weight loss, fewer problems. gi tract needs time to adjust to the new metabolism.

First shot last week took forever and my partner ended up doing it since I would've quit. Second one tonight feels doable after that win.

Still early, not at full dose yet — results taking time is normal. Nausea and sulfur burps with little payoff is rough though. If it feels more negative than positive right now, that's worth listening to. Talk to your provider before the next bump.

I think they bump the dose every 4 weeks to get you to high doses fast while your body adjusts. Makes sense if you look at weekly amounts. Doesn't seem like they're finding YOUR best dose though. Everyone's different. Some follow the plan, some of us do better at lower doses. My doc is supportive.

0.25mg is purely for tolerability - effect at that dose is limited or absent for most people. The interesting thing about CGM during the first week is exactly what you're describing: the glucose readings can be more variable than the appetite response, which often comes later. Lingo calibrating low versus Stelo is a known early-sensor quirk. Appetite suppression usually shows between weeks 2-4 on .25mg.

Appetite suppression from day one is a great early signal - a lot of people don't notice anything until week 2 or 3. The nausea in week 1 settling down is the typical pattern. What dose are you starting at?

No response at 75mg in the early weeks is in the range of what people report. The concentration builds gradually and the first few weeks at a given dose can feel like nothing. Giving it the full titration window at each step before moving up is usually the cleaner way to test it. Adding motsc is a separate question - what's the goal with that?
