Five months on semaglutide, only 6 lbs down, what am I missing?

Looking for an honest gut check from people further into this than I am. Roughly five foot seven, lost a modest amount over five months on sema, sitting at a lower weekly amount. Dosing before sleep on a fixed weeknight out of habit, keeping intake in a fairly moderate range, staying active through walking without formal workouts, sleeping close to a full night, minimal drinking. Never bothered logging protein, suspecting that's the real gap. Side effects stayed mild, a touch of queasiness right after each shot then nothing, appetite control strong through daytime but fading each night, likely where the damage happens. Prescription came through a telehealth platform with nurse practitioner oversight, no traditional doctor involved, so adjusting the dose should be simple, hasn't come up yet. Threads here suggest most people lose more by now. Undermedicated? Undoing progress after dark? Or just needing to log more? Hoping for realistic input from anyone who's lived through this stage.

Spent a handful of months on Zepbound before insurance forced a switch to Wegovy after about a month gap in between. Noticed appetite control wasn't nearly as strong on Wegovy compared to Zepbound, though side effects were also way milder on Wegovy than Zep ever was. For reference, was at 2.5 on Zep, currently sitting between .25 and .5 on Wegovy.
