Solid point I hadn't considered before. In modern life we're zeroed in on by marketing to trigger impulsive behavior. Rambling thoughts on advertising and how it manufactures an emotional gap just to sell you something to fill, but I'll spare everyone that rant.
So many wasted moments judging myself or absorbing judgment from others, and this medication somehow surgically removed whatever drove that. Almost a void where that shame lived, gone now, but old layers linger, working through this strange, positive emptiness.
Don't think I've ever done that willingly. Grew up told to always finish my plate, stuck with me hard.
Appreciate it. Grew up bilingual, English came later.
