Free GLP-1s under Medicare?

if insurance covers it, get the full blood work—IGF-1, total and free T, everything. my evening stack with those compounds doesn't feel like it's doing tons but i sleep better. the 1mg stack with another one—that's where i see real benefit. honestly testosterone optimization first, then everything else.
 
The long-run savings argument for insurance coverage has enough modeling behind it now to be a legitimate policy case. The diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and joint complication cost reduction from sustained GLP-1 use is substantial. The political challenge is that insurance companies don't always have the 5-10 year horizon to make that calculation worth acting on.
 
Would be genuinely surprised if a Medicare prescription plan didn't cover a GLP-1 for someone with type 2 diabetes. Sure there isn't some step-therapy requirement or similar hurdle before it kicks in?
