From 230 to 138?!

Started at 230 lbs, now weigh 138 lbs. I'm 5'3". My A1C was 9.5, and now it's at 5.1. Feeling awesome!

From my experience, don't get too caught up in the numbers on the scale. Pay attention to how your clothes fit and how you feel. That's what really matters!
