From 250s to 120s?! 🤯

It's not that we didn't want to get healthy, it's about having access to something that works for the long haul. I'm down around 95 pounds in the last year. And I've seriously been trying for decades! Never been closer to my target. So happy for you. You must be over the moon! You look great!
 
Amazing! So thrilled for you and everyone else, including myself, who had given up hope, but now can get access to these meds.
 
Dropping from 256 to 122... Wow, that's so inspiring. Mind if I share this on the community? It's a place for progress pics and updates to help people stay motivated. Or you can share it yourself! It would be an awesome addition to the community to inspire others.
 
What kind of exercises did you do to get rid of the tummy bulge? That's my problem area. It's gotten smaller but not like the rest of me. That hanging bit is the worst!

I'm curious about this too! I've heard core work helps, but it's hard to feel motivated sometimes.

So, I'm wondering... what's everyone's plans *after* hitting their goal weight? Maintenance dose? Go off completely? I'm a bit nervous about that part.
