Our numbers line up pretty closely, though I've got some years on you. Coming up on two years next month, 42F, 5'5, and hovering around 160-165. My all-time heaviest was 330, started this journey at 250. Running the 10 mg amount going back to last June, and crossed into healthy-BMI territory once I reached 150. Began back in August 2024.
Since this is mainly for T2 and my A1C's held level throughout 2025, my doctor doesn't want to raise my dose. It's definitely lost some of its punch.
Here's the breakdown:
1. No weight lost since October 2025. I bounce around the same 10 pounds, though I've dropped close to two full dress sizes anyway. Usually somewhere between an 8 and 10 now. A year back I was wearing 12/14.
2. Also let my eating slip back toward old patterns. Held tight for 18 months before sugar crept in again. Once I reined that back in, the number started trending down slowly. Still have to stay vigilant, and July's my personal reset month.
3. Extremely active, 12-15 classes weekly (kickboxing, HIIT, dance, barre, weights, water aerobics), plus roughly 10 hours walking weekly (weather permitting) and 2 more hours lifting. Genuinely love exercising now!
Have I hit my goal? Not yet. Aiming for 130
