Rooting for you! I love the creativity. I kept mine in a dark spot in the fridge, wrapped in foil in a dark bag. Also, my fridge has an ice maker spot that isn't used (perfect!)

People who call it "cheating" are just projecting their own insecurities. It's not a game. It's healthcare. If it helps you be healthier, who cares? My doc said

- yeah, that's *super* helpful, doc! 🙄

Anyone else dealing with, um, digestive issues? I've been reading about it and it seems common. Any tips? Asking for a friend... 😉

Hydration, hydration, hydration! And maybe a gentle stool softener if needed. I've also heard magnesium can help.

You might be onto something with the dopamine angle. When I quit drinking, sugar took over. On tirz, my sugar cravings vanished at first. But eventually the dopamine cravings came back for literally anything. Now I get that rush when my next package of compounded stuff shows up. Freezer's almost full. 🎤⬇️

anyone get intense hunger waves in the morning? on my 2nd 1mg pen and rarely have side effects, but almost every morning i go from nothing to dizzy-hungry-nauseated for 5-10 minutes then it passes. sucks.

Was trying to stay disciplined, but that food chatter crept in quietly at first, then grew louder and louder, and I didn't even clock that I'd started eating more, clear sign I wasn't vigilant enough about keeping up my food log and staying proactive. I know staying on this forever just isn't realistic for me financially. Honestly just wanted a push for six months, shed as much of the 15 pounds I'd regained as possible, then bring up with my doctor whether seeing a nutritionist makes sense, since it's obvious my relationship with food needs real work.
