Future peps... what's on the horizon?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm curious about upcoming peptides. I'm interested in what's being researched, especially if it might be manufactured in China later.

It's a fascinating topic, both personally and intellectually. While I know about stuff like eloralintide (and maybe one other), which has its own space here, I feel like I'm missing a lot of the picture.

Is there a summary somewhere? Or can anyone list some peptides and what they're supposed to do? Studies would be great too. Thanks!

I'm watching NA-931, the oral quad-agonist GLP1. Heard there are other triple-agonist GLP1s coming that people think work better than Reta.

I read the article you linked. It makes a good case for potential fraud. I checked PubMed and couldn't find any peer-reviewed phase 1 studies. Plus, no explanation of how it works. Doesn't look good.

Great article! Thanks for sharing. I noticed that Eli Lilly stopped the Phase 2b trial for bimagrumab in Sept 2025 to focus on other things.

Also, I was surprised not to see anything about Regeneron's phase 2 Courage trial here:

I really think combined antibody treatments are the future. They could be great for sarcopenic obesity and keeping muscle while losing fat.

I looked into it more. They ended the part of the trial with combined treatment for Obesity and T2D because of strategic business decisions. But they still have a separate phase 2 study open for combined treatment for Obesity only.

Has anyone looked into BPC-157? Found an interesting article about it: http://jap.physiology.org/content/110/3/774. Seems like it could threaten established medical treatments if it really works as well as it sounds.
