Gagging on Reta?!

I've noticed some stomach issues too. I sometimes wake up super early feeling like my stomach is eating itself. Eating just a tiny bit of something usually fixes it, or sometimes moving around helps. I'm not even restricting calories that much, super annoying. Anyone else have this?

Could be not enough protein, or too many carbs. I get gnawing hunger from that.

I had a bad experience after deciding to eat Taco Bell after not having a bowel movement for a few days. It worked too well, LOL. Worth it though.

I budgeted the calories, but wow. Maybe I don't need to chug fiber and magnesium all the time.

LOL. Protein bowls with beans and salsa from there work better than a laxative.

Three days in and got a little nausea and spinning in my head. Pretty sure it was in my head though—I've been nervous for months, read all the horror stories, never injected before, probably squeezed the pen too hard and bruised myself. No nausea since then, eating small portions.

pepcid complete right when you inject. absolute lifesaver for nausea and indigestion. i also take senekot-s daily to keep things moving. the overnight stuff after my first dose was the worst, but it got better fast.

switched from xr to regular adderall because xr wasn't working and felt nauseous. regular helped until i hit 2.4 and got super sick again. doctor gave me zofran and that fixed it. adderall plus wegovy together literally saved my life.

none of this happening here. stick to the recommended food list, avoid what's known to trigger nausea and constipation. drink the water they tell you to drink. lean protein, low fat, high fiber from veggies—not tons of fruit. if you eat the same stuff that got you heavy, you're gonna have a bad time with sides.

Ozempic made me so sick I thought I'd actually die. Switched and it was night and day — no nausea, steady loss. Everyone's different tho. They're releasing new ones all the time so don't give up if the first one doesn't work.

started scared of throwing up. happened once after drinking. body signals when to stop eating and drinking—listen to that and you're mostly fine. when it did happen, way milder than i remembered. just mild discomfort then over. not the long nausea hell.

completely normal for me. keep pepto bismol chews on me all times, kills the burps and farts which stops the nausea. went 340 to 195. exercise helped the most — just cycling and walking regular, stopped the diarrhea stuff almost completely.

I had hyponatremia from drinking too much water before I ever touched a shot. First few months on this med I fell for the Reddit hype about hydrating and my sodium tanked. Fatigue, headaches, nausea — all hyponatremia. Restricted fluids again, dropped the electrolytes (they have potassium too, which is bad for low sodium). Got better fast.
