GHK/BPC weirdness anyone?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
It's unlikely the BPC-157 causing that, and GHK-Cu isn't really known for those sides either. Could it be stress or something else?

Reading about BPC-157, I saw someone mention using it with GLP-1s. Has anyone tried that? I'm on Mounjaro and the tummy issues are ROUGH.

Interesting! I've read that BPC-157 can help heal the gut lining and reduce inflammation. Maybe it could offset some of those GLP-1 side effects.

While there's some evidence BPC-157 might help with gut issues, remember that a lot of the data is still pre-clinical. We need more human studies before we can definitively say it's safe and effective, particularly for long-term use. Be cautious.

Exactly! You get it. I used the compound under skin and topically plus other peptides hoping for skin support and healing. Also do red light therapy two to three times weekly.

That's a heavy concurrent stack. Isolating each compound separately before running all three together is the diagnostic path.

The GHK-Cu site reactions resolving after a week of consistent daily use is the typical pattern - the tissue seems to adapt to the copper-binding mechanism. Rotating sites in that first week helps reduce the intensity of any single location.

The GHK-Cu injection site reaction resolving completely with a site switch is consistent with local tissue response - some areas have a higher density of reactive cells or thinner subcutaneous layer that makes the response more pronounced. The switch to glutes suggests tissue type and injection depth were the key variables.

Got the same thing happen after my fourth daily dose of the healing-peptide combo. First time, nothing at all. Second time, a slight tingling lower back sensation. Barely registered it. Third time, a mild dull ache that faded pretty fast. Fourth time, dull ache that stuck around. Four hours in it's gradually fading. Not dehydrated, slept fine the night before. Starting to suspect it's not the actual active compound but rather a lower-quality filler ingredient in that particular peptide. Won't be running that one again.

Appreciate that and yeah, definitely. The copper peptide doesn't sting much on me, though histamine reactions do show up. Nothing close to how rough the growth-hormone releasing peptide was though. For reference I use a larger vial mixed with a decent amount of diluent, and my abdomen specifically is where the bad reaction shows up every time. Glutes though, completely fine, honestly fantastic. Also experimented injecting into my shoulders a handful of times and that's gone really smoothly too. Nothing unpleasant at all, aside from a bit of soreness lingering an hour or two afterward.

Not the four-peptide blend, just running GHK-Cu and KPV separately. Don't use the two healing peptides at all.
But from what I've seen it's the GHK-Cu that tends to cause the sting making those blends feel spicy, just sharing my own experience, and staying consistent really matters for the body to adjust to any reaction.
