GHK-Cu soreness - any tricks?

6mm works great for me. 8mm too but i don't have much practice with it yet. sometimes a small drip at the injection site with 6mm but not with 8mm. i keep concentrations high so usually 15 units or less, over 20 i switch to the longer needle.
 
Tirz freezes fine after recon, and some folks freeze prefilled syringes no problem. Wondering if basic insulin syringes survive the cold without the plunger rubber breaking down. Store needle-up with air gap?
 
I do daily injections because more frequent shots = more stable levels, less side effects like high hematocrit. wanted to dial in baseline first. thinking about switching to mon/wed/fri to see how that shifts things.
 
The switch to topical and oral forms is the practical next step when the injectable sting doesn't resolve across multiple batches and dilution adjustments. The topical absorption is different but it does allow continued use without the injection site reaction that makes some batches unusable. The stinging version remains an ongoing complaint in the community and the formulation variation between producers is real.
 
The sting going away by the 3rd injection is the typical adaptation and the 2mg level is where most people start seeing that. Adding a bit more water to dilute the concentration at the injection site can reduce the initial sting before the tolerance builds. How is the site reaction otherwise - any localized redness that lasts beyond a few hours?
 
the visible yellowing or tan shift from GHK-Cu is the copper accumulation effect at higher doses - when copper uptake exceeds what the body is routing through normal clearance channels the excess shows in skin tone. the zinc ratio recommendation is real and not just theory; zinc and copper compete at absorption sites and the zinc addition helps moderate the net copper uptake without stopping the GHK-Cu effect entirely. dose reduction alongside zinc is the right first response
 
Really seems to vary person to person, don't get any sting either. First week had some redness and maybe mild itching around where I injected, but that's basically faded to nothing now. Inject that particular compound into my thighs.
 
Same experience, honestly great. Started with the copper peptide alone and that stung badly. Tried every online remedy going, only thing that actually helped was adding another 20-30 units of bacteriostatic water to the mix.
 
Mixed in a touch of lidocaine when reconstituting and it cut down on the injection soreness noticeably. Recently picked up something else that works even better, barely register it going in now. Usually inject subcutaneously into the hip or glute area.
 
Right? Came across a post talking about GHK-Cu plus a couple other peptides that tend to sting at the injection spot, mentioning that switching to NaCl-based BAC water might ease that up. Gonna give that a shot once those particular ones climb my 'research' priority list.
 
Been on ghk-cu for about a week now and everyone keeps saying it stings pretty badly, but mine honestly doesn't hurt at all. Currently running 2mg daily. Is not feeling any sting actually a good sign?
 
If this comes down purely to injection soreness, personally I use a numbing solution with a vasoconstrictor plus extra diluent, then break the dose into three separate injection spots, spaced way apart. Sounds like overkill, I know, but I get a genuinely rough reaction to the copper peptide that lasts an entire day, and this approach has never once let me down.
 
Been running GHK-Cu out of a 10mg vial, landing around 2mg a day, for roughly a month now. To make things easier I draw the dose and then fill up the rest of the syringe with bac water, going into my glute muscles every time. There are occasional lumps but the soreness has mostly disappeared, which I'm happy about. Feels like my system's getting used to the copper as time goes on. Tough to point to specific results just yet, mainly chasing better hair and skin, and I've still got twenty of the 10mg vials to burn through, roughly at the midpoint now. As for my overall take, I'm a fan, and yes, I'd purchase it again based purely on how my body seems to respond, feels beneficial and I'm sticking with the daily routine. Compounds like this strike me as subtler than something like growth hormone or the third compound, though subtle doesn't mean nothing's happening under the surface. Would recommend giving it a shot.
 
Mixing 50mg of GHK-Cu into 10ml of bac water, drawing 20 units, about half a milligram, into the thigh with a 30 gauge, 8mm needle. 32 male, pairing it with reta mainly as a precaution against loose skin and hoping it helps with inflammation too. Get a little bruising sometimes, occasional mild sting. Guess I'm either lucky or just diluting it more than necessary as a safety measure, no real welts aside from one instance where I nicked a vein back in the glute area, moved to the upper thigh after that happened.

Early on I'd draw an extra 5 units of bac water after pulling the GHK-Cu, since I'd read that leftover residue in the needle tip can cause irritation, but I've skipped that step plenty of times since with no noticeable difference. On day 40 now, no issues, skin might even be a touch shinier.
 
Welcome back to this weekly compound review. Know it can be hard trusting random accounts online, so sharing this as honestly as possible. Here's how the first week went.

Day one, first injection happened before bed, roughly two inches from the belly button. Genuinely painful going in, quite uncomfortable, and left a visible mark. Also felt like there was some sensation of movement through the body afterward, though that's likely just the mind playing tricks. Either way, disorienting.

Day two, the mark itched and stung on and off through the day. Noticed some hair shedding in the shower too, unusual personally, though it's happened before unrelated to this, so treating it as coincidence given how fast that would be.

Also started injecting into the upper glute instead. Left side caused zero pain or sting at all. Alternating sides, but the right side hurts noticeably more for some reason, might just stick with the left going forward.

Day three, fairly bad breakouts started. Skin's normally quite clear with rare acne. As mentioned before...
