GHRP-2... Anyone else get the munchies?!

Alright, so after taking a month off my Tesa/Ipa blend, I jumped back on. Then I noticed this vial of GHRP-2 I've been sitting on. Decided to sub it in for the Ipamorelin. Pinned about 150 mcg, chased with the usual 1mg of Tesa. HOLY COW, the hunger! Like, my Tirz/Maz just went silent. I was tearing through the kitchen, everything tasted amazing, and I had zero self-control. Thankfully, it faded after a few hours. GHRP-2's got a short half-life, so I know people hit it 2-3 times a day for gains. I'm good on weight, just looking for other effects, maybe pre-buffet, lol. Anyone else run this stuff? What's your experience?

I've heard some people take it right before hitting the sack, hoping to sleep through the worst of the ghrelin surge to avoid the snacking!

I feel you! I had the same thing happen with GHRP-2, total re*ta suppression. I've started taking it before my morning workout. By the time I'm done, the hunger's dialed back a bit and the re*ta is back in charge, mostly LOL. Then I hit it again after the workout and just tough out the next hour before eating. I've seen the 3x a day thing, but no way could I do it before bed without a midnight snack attack. How does GHRP-2 compare to the Tesa/Ipa mix overall? I'm thinking of switching.

You've gotta try the Tesa/Ipa stack yourself, My_AF, and see what you think. For me, it was kinda blah, honestly. I didn't notice much and it wasn't any better than cjc no dac + ipa. Plus, ipa doesn't crank up the hunger like the GHRPs do. Tesa/Ipa is also pretty pricey, so you might as well just go for HGH instead. Even at only 2iu daily, HGH blows away any grhp or ipa and cjc or tesa 3x a day.

I actually dig the Tesa/Ipa stack. I started it up to save muscle while dieting. Not only did I stop losing muscle, but I actually started packing it on and getting stronger. Hit my goal weight after the first go-round. Now I'm on my second cycle and gaining again. I'm too scared of GHRP-2 to use it often because I lose all control of what I eat. Maybe it would be awesome if I ever try some heavy-duty SARMs or AAS to get a serious calorie surplus to fuel growth.

Regarding the Tesa/IPA stack...

From what I've read, Ipamorelin alone isn't super effective. But if you pair it with a Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH), like modified GRF (1-29), they work together really well to release GH. Apparently, the GHRH boosts the GHRP-triggered pulse from the pituitary and the GHRP kicks off the GH pulse itself. So, the hypothalamus gets directly activated by GHRH, which causes Somatotrope production.

I'm thinking of trying peptides instead of Growth Hormone. I'm planning to order enough modified GRF (1-29) and GHRP 2 to use 100 mcg of each, twice a day; morning and before bed. Plus 10mg MK 677 in the morning. I'm going to get my HGH and IGF-1 levels checked before I start so I can see if it is working.

It's a good idea to get those baseline levels checked first, Charlie1989. Just keep an eye on your prolactin levels too. Some people find MK-677 raises it.

GHRP-2 triggers hunger through ghrelin receptor activation - that's the mechanism, not a side effect. It reliably overrides GLP-1 appetite suppression at 150mcg+. Ipamorelin delivers the same GH pulse without the hunger spike if appetite control matters.
