GLOW Protocol - How Strict?

Regarding the GLOW protocol:

Just how flexible are the component ratios for it to still be effective?

I've come across pre-blended GLOW products with significantly different ratios than the standard 50-10-10mg.
Certain reports indicate ratios closer to 60-11-15mg.

Would it be wiser to create GLOW from separate vials of each component to ensure accurate ratios, or are these pre-mixed versions acceptable?

I found Anela's post about GLOW, but it doesn't specify the required precision of the ratios:

Any insights or thoughts would be appreciated. I haven't found much info about the importance of these ratios.

It'll do what it's supposed to. Don't get too hung up on the small details.

If you can combine it from separate components for less money? Go for it. Pre-mixed is just easy.

Stickied?
How does that work?

Also, one experiment with this GLOW protocol could involve swapping out the TB and KPV.

More doesn't always mean better, like with KLOW, which has everything but may not need everything. Sometimes a simpler formula works just as well.

I haven't started mixing anything yet, just researching the protocol.

Anela said TB and KPV are like Pepsi and Coke, similar and maybe unnecessary to have both... so KLOW having both might be wasteful, or maybe even detrimental. I'm still figuring things out.

Just passing along some info I found...

I'm not following the GLOW protocol, but I use a sermorelin/GHRP-2 blend. I was on sermorelin alone for a while and saw some decent results. Now I'm using a blend, haven't noticed a huge difference yet tho. I'm wondering if anyone else has experience with those?

To Quietly_Conquering: Lots of people have moved on from GHRP-2 and sermorelin. Ipamorelin is a popular alternative now, with fewer sides, so I've heard. And there are newer peptides coming out all the time.

I actually tried Ipamorelin a little while ago, but I felt weird, kinda strung out, even at a low dose of 100mcg. That's why I'm back to looking for alternatives. Do you have any recommendations for peptides good for fat loss and strength gains?

Generally, a GHRH combined with a GHRP is a good start. For GHRHs, you could look at GRF(1-44), Sermorelin, Modified GRF(1-29), or CJC-1295 w/ DAC. And for GHRPs, GHRP-6, GHRP-2, Hexarelin, or Ipamorelin. Try 100mcg 3x per day, or 1mcg per kg of body weight. Combine that with TRT, and you should see results.
