GLOW90 trial run, wish me luck!

Started my research about three weeks ago with Reta, down 9lb so far, need to drop about 40 more. Added GLOW to the mix today because I'm almost 56 and skincare is a thing, plus my shoulders ache after swimming, and hopefully it helps with post-workout pain. Today's day one, fingers crossed!

I've been using KLOW for a while now because of the KPV, I have some lingering issues. But I have to say, after maybe a month, my skin definitely feels softer. I'm a hiker, so I don't usually think about that stuff, but it's my legs and face. It's a nice bonus!

Had a minor local reaction. A little sting all day, woke up with a slightly red spot around the injection point. No itching and it doesn't hurt now. Trying micro-dosing by injecting 1/3 in three spots in the same area. Maybe it's just in my head, but I felt more energetic all day.

Consider yourself lucky, maybe?

I'm getting ready to start researching KLOW as well, so I'm following all the reports closely!

I picked KLOW hoping the KPV would cut down on the pain/redness/injection site reaction compared to GLOW. I've also heard that longer needles (like 8mm or more) can help. I've also read that some people get ongoing reactions to GHK-Cu after the first ISR.

It's maybe a 2 or 3 at the worst. No itching, and I didn't get the 'bee sting' thing some people have described. I'll check out the 8mm needles. And think about adding some BAC, going from 3mL to maybe 3.5mL.

Honestly, it's just a little annoying and not enough to make me stop (yet).

I always wondered what the heck was causing that auto-correct. Reminds me of that website where 'first post' was always changed to something else.

Okay, adding my two cents--when folks said KLOW was painful, I was imagining it was DURING injection. I was thrilled when I pinned it in my tummy, like my tirz, and felt almost nothing. Just a tiny maybe-discomfort? Went on with my day. Woke up and the spot was sore, then later, a little itch under the skin. Pinned the second one on the other side, deeper, and a little pain there. No itch yet, but it took a day for the itch to show up. No lump.

Went for a fast walk cause I haven't worked out and it turned into a long walk, and holy cow I feel good. Both the pain and the itch went away as I was walking. The first site has a red mark and some slight discomfort, but no itch or pain. I thought a workout would get my blood flowing and help, and it DOES feel better. I also felt really strong, like I could keep going. Placebo, sure, but I'll take it.

Also, I swear I feel SOMETHING under the skin of my face. My face and lips both feel tingly. Hoping that's something good happening or placebo, cause if it's an allergic reaction, the joke's on me.

Oh yeah. A bit of injection discomfort wouldn't stop me. I might try to avoid the itchy sore spots that sometimes leave a small bruise, but even if I did nothing and it hurt more, I'd still take it. I'd happily recommend KLOW to most people.

I hope you're right! I just want to be pretty. I'm never gonna win a beauty contest, which is fine cause I'd never enter one. But I'm turning 45 next week and things are changing, and I'm afraid of losing even the illusion of being pretty. I know it's silly, I know tons of gorgeous women who've gone through it. I was on a video call with my mom; she's doing great and looking good, and I'm happy for her and hopeful for myself, because I look like her. But man, I just wanna shoot up this mystery liquid and be a little pretty.

I started KLOW yesterday. I've been looking into GKU-CU and bpc for a few weeks and I just added KPV and Tb500. GKU seems to help my headaches. I swim often and today I noticed I wasn't as winded doing my mile. My times were the same but it felt easier. My general aches seem to be better too. Could be in my head but I'll take it!

So, started on 8/19 with typical daily dosing, added KPV halfway in because of injection site issues. After 18 days, my thoughts:

* Feel more focused and have more energy
* Slight improvement in right shoulder
* Left achilles pain is basically gone
* No skin changes yet, probably too soon

That first week was rough with the injection site reactions, red marks everywhere. Adding some BAC to each dose, adding KPV, and using cream on the area has helped a lot. I'm planning a 6-week run, then a 2-week break, and then I'll think about another run.

I also just added nightly CJC/ IPA, starting with a little of each. Not sure about this yet...

I'm curious about that. I have the IPA but didn't know to add the CJC too, so I'd need to buy more. I'm not sure. I might not even use the IPA I already have.

I'm also researching other peptides, has anyone here tried PT-141? I've read it can help with energy, but also with libido. I'm curious about the side effects, though. I saw someone mention nausea and muscle soreness. That's a potential deal breaker for me!

I'm really liking KLOW. Skin's looking good lol. Week 3 and it seems to be doing something. I'll keep at it.

Okay, you're selling me on this! I'm desperate to see some kind of visible change. I'll keep pinning and hope for the best!
