GLP-1 check-in: How's it going?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
The subscription model for GLP-1 oversight is the provider-side friction point right now. Pay-per-visit makes more sense for people who stabilize quickly - mandatory bundled plans don't map to the actual clinical cadence.

DEXA at 14 weeks is a solid body composition checkpoint when stacking with tirz - the composition split between fat and muscle loss is what matters most, not just the scale number.

Only started two days back myself, strictly for diabetes though, not weight loss. Honestly don't notice much difference either. For what it's worth, you looked totally fine in the first photo, and the second one looks pretty much identical, but you look great in both.

Same reason it gets taken here honestly. Vision's noticeably improved too, eyes apparently checking out really healthy these days. A1C sits at 5.6, cholesterol's looking great, and there's been a solid amount of weight lost on top of all that.

Macros look solid here. From what's been observed around here, people managing diabetes usually take a bit longer, or need a higher dose, to really respond, and A1c tends to drop before the scale really moves... keep pushing.
