using pens for BPC and TB-500. tested most of a 3ml convip cartridge for accuracy—they're reliable. issue is the V pens from aliexpress or sketchy vendors. thinking about grabbing a couple to test myself.
 
Same thing happened to me today. My son just finished med school and busts out 'orthostatic hypotension from hypovolemia'—fancy way to say drink more water, right? Wasn't even blood sugar for me, had sushi a couple hours earlier. Chugging water now.

* Content from doctors and dietitians, with mini-games and tips for diet and managing side effects.

Tip: Do a few lessons at a time to avoid feeling overwhelmed. You can do them all at once if you like!

I saw someone on Reddit mention that they gained like, 150 pounds after six months on sema. Has anyone else run into that? I wonder what happened.
 
It's important to remember that while GLP-1 medications can be very effective, they aren't a magic bullet. Diet and exercise remain vital for long-term success. I've seen patients who don't adjust their lifestyle and experience limited results or even regain weight.

That's great! I've dropped about 25 pounds myself. It's been a really positive experience so far.
 
Got my first R48 kit and it was solid. Just finishing it now. The only reason I keep ordering from CN is the GLP1 pricing. Grabbed some Selank Amidate from him too, tested well, and reasonably priced considering I had it in 4 days. Nothing wrong with that route.
