GLP-1 first-timers: when did it kick in?

Started at .25, went .5, dropped 25 in half a year. Now low and slow on small doses every couple weeks to hold it. Lots of protein but still losing muscle—at 56 the skin sag is real. Scared to stop though, always comes back after menopause tanked my metabolism before.
 
split dosing works for me. flattens out the hunger spikes and the heartburn junk that happens after the weekly shot. weight's just melting off now honestly.
 
Most people notice the appetite shift somewhere in week 2-4 - the first dose is often quiet and the effect builds over the first few injections.
