Wow! Some of the transformations I've seen people achieve with these meds are just incredible. This is one of those. What a difference! Keep crushing it!

Wow, down to 7 stone 7? Be careful you don't disappear completely! Seriously though, congratulations on your progress.

To the original poster: Are you still using your GLP-1 every week? If so, what dosage? Have you encountered any plateaus? You look amazing! And, most significantly, HAPPY!! Congrats!!

The best part is how much more vibrant and confident you appear. Incredible transformation. Savor every moment in your new body.

Saw a similar transformation on another forum recently. The person shared that they went from a size 18/20 to around a 12/10 while using the medication to manage PCOS and diabetes. It's amazing what these meds can do!

Is that even healthy? I thought you were supposed to stop when you reach a normal BMI?

@[member='Riley1995'] It's always best to consult with your doctor to determine the appropriate weight and BMI for your individual health needs. Maintaining a healthy muscle mass is also important. Don't just focus on the number on the scale.

It's inspiring to see so many success stories! Makes me wanna stick with it even when the side effects are annoying.

Abdomen versus glutes is a personal read. Most find less sensitivity in glutes for peptides with any sting. Rotation keeps site reactions manageable either way.

The GLP-1 results that keep people coming back to post aren't just numbers - the glow-up people describe is the whole package. Congrats to the OP. So many people in the same place when they start and the outcomes are genuinely remarkable.

the sensory shift toward perfume and stronger scents is one of the more unexpected glow-up effects that comes up consistently - the same reward pathway changes that quiet food noise seem to redirect toward other sensory experiences, and fragrance is one of the more common ones. the effect can run in either direction where some people find scents that were tolerable before now too intense
