True. I've also heard patient education is critical for the oral version. You have to take it just right for it to work properly.

I started Rybelsus a while back 'cause I'm super afraid of needles. For the first couple months, I didn't really notice much difference in my appetite, but I was so tired and nauseous. Time will tell how this plays out. A friend had ulcerative colitis and switched to a generic biologic that caused them serious problems even though the label said it was the same. They suffered until everything stabilized. Buyer beware.
