GLP-1 meds - Help a newbie out?

The side effects were worse when I went up to a new dose. Eating better and having more fiber helped. If I ate junk food, I got heartburn and gross burps. Rennie helped with heartburn, but the burps were stubborn. They only went away after a week or two.

If you're doing shots, make sure you rotate sites and use a good technique. I actually had an injured shoulder and used BPC-157 as part of my recovery. It’s debatable whether injecting close to the injury helps, but it definitely didn’t hurt.

I have since purchased more than a year supply of semaglutide for $190 (10 vials with 10mg in each).
Wow, that is amazing! It makes me want to learn how to do it myself.

For anyone just starting, don't get discouraged if it feels far away. Time will pass, so believe in yourself. I started taking it in May 2024, it was scary but so was being overweight. For the first time in a long time the food noise is quieter, I don’t hate my existence, and I can move.

Does a help file exist? I'd find that useful. Navigation's okay for me but two things stump me: clearing the notification list under Alerts (Mark All Read isn't working and I can't track my responses), and the countdown timer on posts sometimes that makes me wait before posting. Is that newbie throttling or permanent anti-spam?
