GLP-1 prices kinda sus?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Been at 69 kg for 4 months on 6.25 mg. Close to goal and doctor says I'm fine, cholesterol's perfect. Think the stall's from my eating habits, but the med's still killing food noise and keeping inflammation down. Planning to stay here, build some muscle, maybe space doses out or drop to 5 mg for maintenance.

sierra pet meds from australia has solid prices on stuff like this. much cheaper than my vet shakes me down for. megastore also competitive — which one is cheaper flip-flops based on sales and shipping at any given time.

The tiered pricing hypothesis makes a lot of sense from a pharmaceutical market strategy standpoint. Positioning the top-efficacy option at a premium while the existing Tirz brand holds the mid-tier is exactly the playbook they've used before. Whether there's a compounding window before they lock it down is the real question.

Caught the Novo Nordisk ads about the price cut late last year and started digging into it. Brought it up with our primary doctor back in January. She's got other patients on semaglutide and knows the drug, though she's not specifically an obesity or diabetes specialist. Pretty sure, not totally certain, her other semaglutide patients are also type 2 like me. Ended up starting in February this year.

That looks pretty sketchy honestly. No official manufacturer branding visible anywhere on it. Also wouldn't buy medication from anywhere besides an actual pharmacy myself.
