hit my goal weight but staying on a maintenance dose because i'll gain it back if i stop. decreased under doctor guidance and found a weekly amount that still works. no long-term contraindications so far.
 
It does get used in teens when a doctor's watching closely. Parents mainly worry about early nausea, appetite dropping too much, and making sure the kid still gets nutrition for growth. Also important to remember it helps with weight but food habits, activity, and mental health still matter. Regular check-ins with the doctor are key.
 
Not stupid at all. Using the fifteen per thousand formula if you're eating thirty hundred calories you're probably at forty five grams. When on these drugs digestion slows so you might need to tweak it but start with staying at forty five and see how your gut responds. The goal is smooth not backed up.
