Nine months in, and feeling pretty good. Won't get another A1C until December, but I'm hopeful. The nausea's been a real drag lately, made me cut back a bit. My doc might take me off if my numbers are way down. Mixed feelings, but I guess I can always go back on it if needed.
 
I've been on .25 since last August and I've lost 72 pounds – never bumped up the dose. You don't always have to increase it. Awesome job!
 
I saw someone mention they gained the weight back. It's important to remember that these meds can affect your hypothalamus. That can make it harder to maintain your weight loss if you stop abruptly. Talk to a registered dietician for advice on how to manage that transition, if you're considering stopping.
