GLP-1 progress - scale moving but me?

The one on the left was back 7 months ago at 278. The one on the right was a month ago at 245. Now I'm at 235. No pic, sorry!

I've always been kinda big, like 180-200, but I blew up after getting an IUD, some health stuff and a couple of foot surgeries. I'm eating more protein but not counting calories, and still can't be too active yet, haha. It's a process, and I'm losing about a pound each week.

1. You're doing FANTASTIC! 2. I appreciate you wearing the same clothes and standing the same way in both photos.

We have similar builds and you're doing amazing! I see some of your "after" in me. Wish I had a decent mirror!

You can see a new you shining through! Great job! I really appreciate you sharing this! When I first started on my weight loss journey, posts like this meant everything to me!
Good luck with everything!

I've noticed that even when the scale shows progress, sometimes I don't *feel* like I look any different. Anyone else experience that?

Totally @Whole_Free783. It's like that paper towel roll analogy. When it's full, losing a few sheets barely makes a difference. But when it's almost empty, even a couple sheets is noticeable.

That's why I take photos. You see changes you wouldn't otherwise!

This is great advice. Also, sometimes the scale isn't the best indicator. Body recomposition is real. You might not lose pounds, but you could be building muscle and losing fat, which changes your shape even if the number stays the same.

I get it, that stuck feeling is brutal, especially when you're already doing everything right. Maybe it's time to look past the scale and focus on what your body is actually doing. Or shake things up and try cagri if you haven't. Bump up the lifting too and see how your shape responds. Sounds like you're doing great, just waiting for that next shift.
