GLP-1 Start: Dosing Q's and Concerns!

My buddies are experimenting with Reta, Tirz, and Sema, but I'm unsure what the correct starting dosages are. Also, what's the weekly increase, and is it safe to combine them?

I started Tirzepatide a couple of weeks ago. The first few days I felt some mild nausea, but it disappeared quickly. The biggest thing for me was the appetite suppression, which really kicked in around day 4. Remember to drink lots of water, prioritize protein, and eat smaller meals. I was also surprised how quickly my cravings for sweets diminished.

Yeah, the nausea can be a thing at first. I had it for like 3 days and then it was gone. Now I just get the burps. Big, loud, obnoxious burps. Lol. But otherwise, I'm good.

For anyone considering peptides, remember they aren't steroids. Things like CJC1295 and Ipamorelin are growth hormone releasing peptides, and IGF1-LR3 is an insulin-like growth factor. They work through different mechanisms in the body than traditional AAS. Still, consult with a doctor before starting any peptide regimen. Individual responses can really vary.

Looking at trial outcomes is key to picking a starting dose. Results from controlled studies let you choose something based on how similar you are to those groups and your specific goals. I told the other person we need more details about them first before making any suggestions. Personal context is what really matters here.

I'd probably go 0.5 to start if you haven't used these meds before. Ease in rather than jumping to the full dose right away.
