You're right about that cost-benefit trade-off. It's really individual, you know? The way I look at it, the trial data gives us a solid foundation. Looking at what the RCTs actually showed and comparing that to where your health is at right now, that's how you figure out what dose makes sense. The thing is, everyone's different. How much you match up with the people in those studies matters. Plus what you're actually trying to get out of the medication. I see people ask for a dose rec without much context, and honestly you can't do that responsibly. You need to know about the person, their stats, what they want to achieve. That's the real starting point.
