GLP-1 Two-Year Check-In: Progress!

Got Ozempic in Colombia—didn't work, only 6 pounds over 24 weeks. Tried compounded—that was amazing. Then Mounjaro from India—22 more pounds in 18 weeks. Now on Berberine and weight's dropping faster than I want.
 
I'm down 30 percent exactly over about a year. Started at 180, I'm at 128 now. I have PCOS too. I eat pretty high protein but nothing crazy strict, I'm a mom of two little kids so I don't have tons of time to work out. Maybe a couple times a week if I can squeeze it in.
 
7 months on reta after 5 months of tirz and backing down to 0.25mg/week from 0.75 after just 5 lbs is a very conservative protocol. the two-year OP story starting from pre-diabetic levels is what sustained use looks like when the goal is metabolic rather than just weight. what dose are you staying at and is the backing off because the side effects were too much or because the weight goal was met?
 
Had been holding fairly steady near 6 on oral meds. Then A1C crept upward past 8.

Started MJ and it fell to 5.5, best reading since my T2D diagnosis. Weight came off too.

Yeah, it genuinely helps with diabetes as well.
 
T2 diabetic here, still pretty early on, just took dose number five last night, so no updated A1C yet. Blood glucose readings have improved massively though.
Morning numbers went from the 140s-150s range down to 90-109.
Rest of the day's readings look even better than that.
Genuinely making a real difference.
