GLP-1 woes... what next?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
This drug class barely touched my lipid numbers overall, triglycerides being the one exception, and that was really just from cutting sugar and eating fewer calories overall, not the medication itself. My LP(a) runs extremely high along with inflammation markers, and reta didn't move the inflammation needle either.
Got an NMR lipid panel done and it's always come back rough. Skipped getting a calcium score, just figured it's probably elevated based on everything else pointing that direction. Didn't see the point in adding stress just to confirm what the other numbers already suggest, ha.
Turned down statins but started on a PCSK9 injectable instead and it brought my LDL down to 90. Recently added a cholesterol absorption inhibitor on top of that. Plan is to keep taking both indefinitely, hoping that combination keeps my overall risk in check!

Cagrilintide's up next for me. Doing great on Tirz/Reta with zero hunger thoughts right now. Diet and my peptide routine really couldn't be smoother. Weight's still steadily coming off, and I'm nowhere near the ceiling dose on either compound, but I'm still hunting for one more tool to add.
