Oh my goodness!!! How long did that take? You look incredible! It looks like you've been working out and sculpting your body. You're clearly young and gorgeous. I've been on semaglutide for about 5 months and dropped 34 pounds so far, but I'm older, so I wish I had this option 25 or 30 years ago. I'm 60, and the weight loss, while I'm happy to be smaller, is making my skin sag and accentuating wrinkles. I'd like to lose more to improve my health, but I worry that the more I lose, the older I'll appear. Sigh...

Good for you for putting in the work while you're still young! Your new physique is amazing! Awesome job. Semaglutide is a fantastic weight-loss tool, but you have to put in the effort, and you clearly have, so you should be very proud of yourself! 🥰

You weren't overweight to begin with, although I know that might not mean much coming from an internet rando or at all, 'cause body dysmorphia is a beast and our minds love to mess with us - but EVEN SO, YOU LOOKED AMAZING BEFORE AND AFTERRR! I'm SOOOoooOoO insanely jealous!!!!

How long did it take?! What doses did you use?! Did you exercise at all?! Was it expensive??

I have so many freaking questions!!! Congrats 🎉🫶🏻🤎🥹😊

Even though it's just a pic of your bottom half, I can tell your confidence has gone way up just by your arm and hand position and the way you're standing with your legs! Amazing!!!

Looking incredible !!!

Just curious … age ? Height ?

Were you working out ?

How often ?

What were you doing ?

I saw someone else post about significant weight loss recently. It's so inspiring to see other people succeeding. I'm hoping to lose another 15 pounds or so to get to a healthy BMI, but I'm also focused on how I feel. It's more than just a number on the scale!

Hey T2D_Warrior_88, I'm also curious about workouts! I've been walking more, but I need to add some weights to combat this saggy skin! Any recommendations?
Girl, I feel you on the saggy skin! I've been doing a lot of bodyweight exercises and some light weight training. Focus on building muscle to fill out the skin a bit. Squats, lunges, push-ups, and planks are your friends!

That last lump will probably heal on its own, barely bothers me anyway. Never using MOTS-C buffered again—sticking with KLOW for ISRs. Tried tons of low-risk peptides and I'm happy with KLOW's mix, epitalon, and SS-31. All three do something for me.
