Cut back significantly on alcohol, groceries, dining out, and oddly enough even produce since starting on GLPs, more protein bars instead these days. The medication itself adds a bit of cost, but weekly it comes out to just a few bucks, barely noticeable.
On the flip side, spending went up on wardrobe pieces and alterations since my body changed shape, plus supplements, vitamins, and regular bloodwork. Also noticed more spending on skincare, sunscreen and moisturizer mainly, while cutting back on things like gum and nail products. Strangely enough utility bills shifted too, slightly pricier heating in winter since I get cold easier now, but cheaper cooling in summer.
Long term health savings could end up being the real payoff eventually. That's a story for another day though.
