GLP-1s and major weight loss!

Rings are harder than regular dips. December I was 200 lbs, maybe 2 chin-ups, 7 dips. Dropped weight and gained strength, now I'm at 8 chin-ups, 8 sets, 64 total today, 100 dips across sets. I'm about 170 now, it happens fast. Wish I'd lifted heavy my first 2 years. It's like a cheat code. GLP1 and muscle will smooth out your insulin resistance. Strength training's hard but losing fat without it is harder—pick your hard.

doing 7mg every other day at 5am fasted with black coffee, hitting the gym around 8 for 20min cardio then 40min lifting. even with the short half-life i can feel it building up until the next shot. week 5 of 8 now, probably tied for second-best behind tirzepatide.

citrulline's old news but getting popular. did stacks years ago then stopped, back to the gym now. citrulline solo is what i needed. no stimulation, clean focus and efficiency on cardio and weights. hard-core pre-workouts never again.

Doing 7 milligrams every other day before the gym and I can feel it stacking up between shots even with the short window. Week five of eight and it's performing well - second best I've tried. Dosing slow and steady gets talked about in videos but the rush temptation is real.

Just hit my latest Mounjaro check - down 10.3 kg since fall and every bit of it was fat. Kept all my muscle, even gained a tiny bit, and no bone loss either. This stuff really does change things. Way more confident about using it now.
